Refund Policy

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective merchandise and also offer exchanges. A non-defective request may result from a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item; damage, a defect, an incorrect shipment, missing contents, or a material difference from the description may likewise be reviewed.

A request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new, unused, and in their original condition with the original packaging, labels, and included accessories. Returns are made by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package at no charge, and no restocking fee is charged.

Before mailing anything, contact us with the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For damage, defects, wrong items, or missing pieces, include clear photos or video of the product and packaging. An unauthorized parcel must not be sent back. Exchanges depend on available inventory.

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 days after approval. The financial institution may require additional time before the credit appears.
